When will I receive my order?

Most items are fulfilled immediately and you should expect to receive them within 10-15 business days.  Some items may not be immediately available for shipping and will be shipped once available. The shipping times for these items are noted on the product page for each item.

How do I use the promo code?

Enter the promo code on the checkout page. 

I thought these were free, why does the price show $200?

Once you reach the checkout page, enter the promo code provided to discount the item to $0.

Do you ship outside of the US?

We are not able to fulfill outside of the 50 US states. 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Will other products be offered in the future?

We may update the catalog in the future, but there are no plans to do so at this time.

Can I redeem more than once?

You can redeem for one item per promo code. If you’ve received more than one promo code, you can redeem multiple times.
